How can I book my Hotel?



You access the ROOM Block Rate here, good until 10/1

What Airport Do I Fly Into To Attend The Conference?



You can fly into Miami (MIA) which is 15-20 minutes from the Venue

What is included with my sponsorship/exhibitor package?



This will vary depending on the Sponsorship level, consult with Carlos or Hector for more information

How do I order additional services like electricity, AV equipment, or extra furniture for my booth?



Basic power and internet are already included in all sponsorship levels.

Gold and Headline sponsors can request a rolling TV at no additional charge, covered in their package.

If you require extra AV equipment or other services, you can request them through the hotel's in house vendor (ENCORE).

How do I send you my company’s merch / swag to include in the welcome bags for REFRAMERS?



We will include a welcome swag bag for every attendee

How do I ship my booth materials to the venue?



You may ship materials to The Diplomat Beach Resort up to 3 days before the event. All packages should be clearly labeled with your company name, and "REFRAME 2025."

Is there Wi-Fi available for exhibitors?



Yes, Wi-Fi is provided for all exhibitors.

Will meals be provided?



Yes, your sponsorship includes access to all event meals and breaks. You’ll also be invited to the evening social events.

Is parking available for exhibitors?



If you plan to use the parking there is the daily parking across the LOEWS or Valet Parking available at the standars Daily Rate.
